Considering that the customer does not specifically have the opportunity to see the product, and in compliance with directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and the Council on May 20, 1997, he or she may return the purchase within 15 days from from the date of receipt, without prejudice to consumer rights provided for in current legislation, particularly regarding the receipt of damaged products or products that do not correspond to the description.

The only costs borne by the customer arising from exercising their right to return purchased products will be the direct costs of returning the goods.

You should always send an email to info@sportsbo.com informing that you are going to return the product(s), indicating the order or invoice number and which product(s) are to be returned .

You must also specify whether you intend to replace it with another product(s) or refund the amount paid, and you must wait for contact from Aspersave Unip Lda. before proceeding with the return of the product(s).

The return of the product(s) must comply with the following conditions:

Ensure the return of the item(s) in good condition (in salable condition), with original, undamaged packaging, without having been tried on and accompanied by the respective invoice. If the packaging is damaged and the items show obvious signs of use, Aspersave Unip Lda. will not accept an exchange or refund.
